The apartment has an Alarm System for periods when it is empty, this is made up of sensors/cameras at the access points to the house (main door and terrace door). At no time is the alarm system active during the guests' stay. But if we warn you that there are control devices in the home that, if manipulated, can activate the alarm from inside, please do not touch them. According to Royal Decree 933/2021, we are obliged to request traveler registration from all our guests. Personal information such as full name, type and number of document, postal address, etc. will be requested. Without this information, check-in cannot be done. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in: EUR 20 from 21:00 to 23:59 hours. EUR 35 from 00:00 hours.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
