Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Deberá abonar una fianza de 100€ por estancia y apartamento. La fianza se devolverá de manera íntegra a los 14 dias hábiles de su salida, siempre y cuando no se haya producido ningún desperfecto y se hayan cumplido las normas del apartamento. El pago de la fianza debe realizarse como mínimo 24 horas antes de su fecha de llegada o su reserva será cancelada con cargos. Las reservas realizadas el mismo día de llegada deberán hacerlo a la mayor brevedad posible. El abono de la fianza fuera de este plazo conlleva una penalización de 40€ no reembolsables. NORMAS DEL APARTAMENTO: 1.- PROHIBIDO hacer fiestas en el apartamento 2.- PROHIBIDO hacer ruido entre las 22:00 y las 8:00. 3.- PROHIBIDO fumar dentro del apartamento, edificio y terrazas. 4.- PROHIBIDO arrojar basura o ensuciar las escaleras o la terraza del bloque. 5.- PROHIBIDO el acceso al bloque, apartamento o terraza a mas personas de las que figuren en la reserva (incluidas visitas) 6.- Respetar los horarios de check in (entrada) y check out (salida) del apartamento (hasta las 11.00) 7.- Mostrarse respetuoso, educado y cortes con los vecinos. 8.- PROHIBIDO tapar, cubrir o desconectar las cámaras de videovigilancia. 9.- PROHIBIDO utilizar las toallas o sabanas fuera del apartamento (ni piscina ni playa) La falta a cualquiera de estas normas dará lugar a la pérdida de la fianza abonada GRACIAS Y DISFRUTE DE SU ESTANCIA Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions: You must pay a deposit of €100 per stay and apartment. APARTMENT RULES: 1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment 2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces. 4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the block. 5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than those listed in the reservation (including visitors) 6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00) 7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors. 8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras. 9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
