✅ CHECK-IN: From 16:00 to 23:00. For security reasons, the instructions and access codes to the apartment will be provided at 15:45 on the day of your arrival. If you wish to enter before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we can offer it, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage or belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you would like a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm if it is possible and the corresponding additional cost: From 11:00 to 13:00: €39 From 13:00 to 15:00: €59 From 15:00 to 17:00: €99 ✅ UNAUTHORISED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without notifying the property, the following amount will be charged as a penalty from your deposit depending on the time of departure: Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €250 Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €290 Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €330 Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €380 Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €435 ✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only the guests registered in the booking are permitted entry. If you wish to increase the number of guests from your original booking, the price per additional guest is €39 per person per night. Entry to the property by any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full loss of the deposit. ✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The cleaning after your check-in is included in the booking. If you would like extra cleaning or a change of towels, you must contact us. This will incur an additional cost corresponding to the cleaning fee established for your booking. ✅ PETS: Allowed with prior notice, with a supplement of €25 per pet per night. Entry to the property by any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the full loss of the deposit. ✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment. ✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ✅ Please respect the neighbours’ rest, especially during night hours. ✅ Use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition.
