If your reservation is for one of these purposes, prior approval from the property is required. As a condition of acceptance: - The full reservation amount must be paid in cash upon arrival, at the time of key collection. - A security deposit ranging from €200 to €500 will be required, depending on the type of event (e.g., birthday celebration or bachelor/bachelorette party). These conditions must be accepted by the guest in order to proceed with the stay. If they are not accepted, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Additionally, for reservations of more than 4 guests or stays longer than 2 nights, the standard security deposit will be increased from €100 to €200.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
