If you wish to check in before 4:00 PM, please inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we can offer it to you, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the previous guest's departure and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage and belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm if it is possible and the corresponding additional cost: - From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: €39 - From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €59 - From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM: €99 ✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00 AM) and have not notified the property, the following amount will be deducted from your deposit, depending on the time of your departure: - Departure between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM: €250 - Departure between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM: €290 - Departure between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM: €330 - Departure after 2:00 PM Check-in at 3:00 PM: €380 - Check-out between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM: €435 ✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed entry.
