Payment will be made via an online payment platform that will be sent to you by email 14 days prior to arrival. In the case of nonrefundable rates, payment will be made at the time of booking confirmation. A sofa-bed is available upon request. For bookings of more than 4 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The collection of rubbish on departure is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the client, who must deposit it in the containers whose location will be provided at check-in. Failure to collect the rubbish will result in an extra charge of 50€. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
