House Rules and Additional Information Check-in Time Check-in is flexible starting from 3:00 PM. We will be available throughout the day to assist you. If you wish to drop off your luggage before 3:00 PM, this is available strictly upon request and subject to availability. Self Check-in Entry can be done via self check-in. A personal access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. In-Person Check-in (During Office Hours) For late-night arrivals, if a guest prefers to be personally assisted, we would be happy to welcome you in person. This service incurs an additional fee for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-in (Surcharges) If you request an in-person check-in during late-night hours, the following surcharges will apply: From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20 From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30 From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40 Bed Linen and Towels Bed linen and towels are provided (one set per person, per stay). Stays exceeding 6 nights: Additional towels are provided as a courtesy. Stays of less than 6 nights, or for additional requests: Towel set: €10 Bed linen set (sheets + towels): €15 Towel Usage (Important) Using the towels to remove makeup is strictly prohibited. Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at a rate of €10 per towel. Noise Playing loud music in the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for the neighbors. External Noise (Central Location) Due to the accommodation's central location, you may experience disturbances caused by external noise (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for any form of compensation. Trash Depositing trash bags in the building's common areas is prohibited. Keys Please carry your keys with you at all times. Assistance with opening the door after 9:00 PM: €25 In the event of lost keys, or if keys are left inside the lock, the guest shall bear the costs of repair or replacement. Guest Registration (Mandatory by Law) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, are required to complete the legal registration form pursuant to Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the nature of the family relationship must be specified. Failure to comply with this obligation shall constitute formal grounds for denying access to the property and shall not entitle the guest to any form of compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
