Check-in is flexible from 3:00 PM. We will be available to assist you during the day. If you wish to leave your luggage before 3:00 PM, this is always upon request and subject to availability. Check-in can be automated. A personal code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. In-person Check-in is available during office hours. For evening arrivals, if you would like personalized assistance, we would be happy to welcome you .This service will incur an additional charge after 8:00 PM. If you request in-person check-in during evening hours, the following supplements will apply: From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20 From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30 From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40 Bed linen and towels are provided (per person, per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy. For stays shorter than 6 nights or additional requests: Towel set: €10 Bed linen set (sheets + towels): €15 Using towels to remove makeup is strictly prohibited. Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at €10 per towel. Loud music is not permitted in the apartment, out of respect for the neighbors. Due to the central location of the accommodation, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. No compensation will be provided for this. It is forbidden to leave trash bags in the building's common areas. Please always keep your keys with you. Assistance to open the door after 9:00 PM: €25 In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the lock, the costs of repair or duplication will be borne by the guest. Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form as per Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this requirement will be grounds for denying access to the property and will not entitle you to any compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
