A luggage room is available for guests who arrive early, before 15:00. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 20 from 20:00 to 21:00. EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 40 from 00:00 to 02:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided per person and per stay. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate for stays of less than 6 nights. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 for bed linen and EUR 10 for towels. When booking for more than 6 nights, we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbours. It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. Please ensure that you always carry your keys with you. Any trip to the apartment to unlock the door after 21:00 will incur a fee of EIR 25. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement, which will incur a fee of EUR 10 per towel. Automatic check-in Check-in can be automatic. You will be sent a personal code on the day of your arrival. In-person check-in For nighttime arrivals, if the guest wishes to be attended to personally, we will be delighted to welcome them. This service will incur an additional charge starting from 8:00 PM. External noise (central location) Due to the central location of the accommodation, it is possible that there may be disturbances from external noises (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). This fact will not be subject to any compensation. Guest registration (mandatory by law) Please note that all guests, regardless of their age, must complete the legal registration form according to Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this obligation will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not entitle any form of compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
