A luggage room is available upon request for guests who arrive early, subject to availability. Please note that this property offers self-check-in. Please note that guests will receive check-in instructions on the day of their arrival. Please note that in-person check-in is available for an additional charge after 20:00 as follows: EUR 20 from 20:00 to 21:00. EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 40 from 00:00 to 02:00. Please note that for stays of less than 6 nights, bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property upon request for an additional charge of EUR 10 for a towel set and EUR 15 for a bed linen set, including sheets and towels. Check-in Time Check-in is flexible starting from 3:00 PM. We will be available throughout the day to assist you. If you wish to drop off your luggage before 3:00 PM, this is available strictly upon request and subject to availability. Self Check-in Entry is available via self check-in. You will be sent a personal access code on the day of your arrival. In-person Check-in For late-night arrivals, should a guest prefer to be assisted in person, we would be happy to welcome you. An additional fee applies for this service for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-in (Surcharges) If you request an in-person check-in during late-night hours, the following surcharges will apply: From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20 From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30 From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40 Bed Linen and Towels Bed linen and towels are provided (per person, per stay). Stays exceeding 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy. Stays of less than 6 nights, or for additional requests: Towel set: €10 Bed linen set (sheets + towels): €15 Towel Usage (Important) Using the towels to remove makeup is strictly prohibited. Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at a rate of €10 per towel. Noise Playing loud music inside the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for the neighbors. External Noise (Central Location) Due to the accommodation's central location, you may experience disturbances caused by external noise (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for any form of compensation. Trash Disposal Leaving trash bags in the building's common areas is strictly prohibited. Guest Registration (Mandatory by Law) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, are required to complete the legal registration form pursuant to Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the nature of the family relationship must be specified. Failure to comply with this obligation shall constitute formal grounds for denying access to the property and shall not entitle the guest to any form of compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
