Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the neighbors of the building and you must respect the pool rules established by the community. Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows: -From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20. -From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30. -From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest. IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel. -It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. -Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. -Self-check-in. Check-in can be automated. A personal code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. -External noise (central location) Due to the central location of the accommodation, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. This will not be subject to any compensation. -Guest registration (required by law) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form as per Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this obligation will be grounds for denying access to the property and will not entitle guests to any compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
