From 00:00 to 02:00: EUR 50. -Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person, per stay). For stays of more than 6 nights, we offer an additional towel change as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights, the following additional fees must be paid on site: EUR 10 per set of towels upon request by the guest. -Loud music is not allowed in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit rubbish bags in the common areas of the building. -Please always carry your keys with you. Going to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9:00 p.m. will cost 25 euros. - Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be borne by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Towels stained with makeup or irreparably stained may be claimed by the client for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel. -We also have the option of collecting the key from a box in case of late check-in, this option is completely free and therefore we do not wait for you in person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
