✅ CHECK-IN: From 16:00 to 23:00. For security reasons, instructions and access codes for the apartment will be provided at 15:45 on the day of your arrival. If you wish to check in before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer it to you early; however, we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on the previous guest's departure and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage or personal belongings may not be left in the apartment while cleaning is in progress. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you require a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether this is possible and the corresponding additional cost: - From 11:00 to 13:00: €39 - From 13:00 to 15:00: €59 - From 15:00 to 17:00: €99 ✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you vacate the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without having notified the accommodation, the following amount will be deducted from your security deposit as a penalty, based on the time of your departure: - Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €350 - Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €405 - Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €465 - Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €535 - Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €615 ✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only persons registered in the booking are permitted to enter the apartment. If you wish to increase the number of guests in your original reservation, the rate for each additional person is €39 per person, per night. Allowing access to the property to any person who has not been registered or paid for will result in the full forfeiture of your security deposit. ✅ CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: The cost of post-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. If you require additional cleaning or a towel change during your stay, please contact us. This service incurs an additional fee—equivalent to the standard cleaning charge for your reservation—which must be paid separately. ✅ PETS: Pets are permitted upon prior notice, subject to a surcharge of €25 per pet, per night. Allowing access to the property to any pet that has not been registered or paid for will result in the full forfeiture of your security deposit. ✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment. ✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ✅ Please respect the neighbors' right to peace and quiet, particularly during nighttime hours. ✅ Please use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, where applicable, compensated for.
