Please NOTE : If the client arrives later than 10:00 p.m., 30 euros will be charged for night check-in, and after 00:00 a.m. at night, 50 euros will be charged for early morning check-in. And in case of agreeing that it be a bachelor party, a deposit of €500 will be taken, which will be returned at check out once the property has been verified. The client is informed that the property will exercise the right of admission in the event of a bachelor or birthday party, or any kind of party/event, and that the party/event will have to be approved by the property because it is conditioned, that in the event of a bachelor party, or any party that is agreed upon by the property, the guest will have to pay the full price of the reservation as well as €500 deposit, in cash upon arrival at the property at the time they keys are to be picked up. The guest must accept these conditions if they want to stay at the property and These are conditions that the client must accept if they want to stay as a bachelor party/any kind of party/event group. If the guest does not accept the terms, then the reservation will be canceled. If guests are more than 6 people, or more than 3 days of reservation, the property can opt to charge a deposit of 200 euros. If the group that is going to stay have a single, the deposit set is 500 euros which will be paid in cash on arrival, and will be returned in the same way at 12:30 pm on the check-in, once checked the property. From 300 euros of booking price, the property can opt to request cash payment at the time of check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
