When you book the villa for 12 people, the 1-bedroom house will always remain closed, unless you are interested and want to reserve it. This way, you will have the entire villa exclusively for yourself, with complete privacy: garden, pool, and all facilities just for you. When you book the 1-bedroom house during the school term, the villa (garden, pool, barbecue) is shared with my family, as we live in the main house. However, if you book the 1-bedroom house during the summer holidays, you will have the entire villa exclusively for yourself.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
