We would like to inform our valued guests that for groups of more than 6 people or reservations exceeding 3 days, a security deposit of €200 will be charged to your card and refunded within 7 days via the same method. Please note that for bachelor/bachelorette parties or birthday celebrations, the security deposit is set at €500, payable in the same manner. The total reservation balance (excluding the deposit) is to be paid in cash at the apartment upon arrival. Regarding parking, the company provides a single complimentary parking space suitable for a standard-sized vehicle (such as a Nissan Juke or Audi A3); if the vehicle exceeds these dimensions, the company is not obligated to provide a special space, though a paid spot at a partner facility may be offered—as is the case for any additional spaces requested upon arrival, which cost €20 per day (please note that this rate is subject to change during the Fair, Holy Week, Christmas, or other major events, and the company will notify the guest accordingly).
